SERVICE ALERT: HARBOR CONNECTOR

Due to high winds and unsafe docking conditions, the Harbor Connector service will be suspended for today.

The Harbor Connector (HC) is an extension of the Charm City Circulator CCC and is the City’s free maritime transit service. It connects 6 piers (currently reduced to 4 piers).

Operating Hours: Monday – Friday from 6:00 AM – 8:00 PM

All riders are required to wear a mask as on all public transit to follow COVID protocols.

Route – HC1 - Maritime Park (Landing 8) and Tide Point (Landing 10)

· First Boat leaves Maritime Park (Landing 8) at 6:00 am

· the Last boat leaves Maritime Park at 7:45 pm

· the Last boat leaves Tide Point (Landing 10) at 8:00 pm

Headway: Every 15 minutes

Route - HC2 - Canton Waterfront Park (Landing 16) and Tide Point (Landing 10) 

Route – HC3 - Pier 5 (Landing 5) and Federal Hill (Landing 4) 

· First Boat leaves Pier 5 (Landing 5) at 6:00 am

· the Last boat leaves Pier 5 (Landing 5) at 7:45 pm

· the Last boat leaves Federal Hill (Landing 4) at 8:00 pm

Headway: Every 15 minutes.

Children 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult. No round trips are permitted.

After Hours Service:

Ater 7:00 PM and on weekends, Tide Point will be served by the regular Baltimore Water Taxi service at the regular fee.

Between 2:30 - 3:30 PM daily, the boat will be out of service for fueling and maintenance.

Weather Policy:

The Harbor Connector prioritizes safety and may suspend operations due to the forecast and/or presence of hazardous conditions (i.e., high winds, overhead lighting, low visibility, etc.).  All suspensions will be communicated in real time through our SMS text alerts system.
