Traffic Modifications for Upcoming Events at CFG Bank Arena
The Baltimore City Department of Transportation would like to advise motorists of the traffic modifications that will be implemented for upcoming events at the new CFG Bank Arena.
The following traffic modifications will be implemented on Friday, April 7 and Saturday, April 8, 2023, starting at approximately 7:00 p.m. each evening:
A temporary two-way traffic pattern will be implemented along Howard Street for arena patrons leaving the parking garage each evening. Motorists exiting the garage will be able to head north on Howard Street after the event or drive south along Howard Street for convenient access to southbound I-395.
Transportation Enforcement Officers will be stationed at key intersections to assist with the movement of traffic in the downtown area. Motorists traveling in this vicinity should be on the watch for pedestrians, especially when approaching designated crosswalks.

Traffic Modifications for the Baltimore Orioles Opening Day Home Game
Home opening game will now be held on Friday, April 7th
The Baltimore City Department of Transportation would like to advise motorists of the traffic and parking modifications that will be implemented for opening day at Oriole Park at Camden Yards. The Baltimore Orioles will play their home opening game against the New York Yankees on Friday, April 7, 2023 starting at 3:05 p.m.
Motorists should be advised that all parking restrictions and residential permit parking regulations will be strictly enforced in the vicinity of the stadium. Patrons who do not have a parking permit for any of the stadium lots are strongly encouraged to use public transportation. With a variety of transit options including the Metro Subway, Light Rail, Park and Ride express bus services, and the Charm City Circulator, fans can easily use mass transit from numerous locations in and around Baltimore.
Baseball fans that drive to the game should utilize commercial parking facilities north of the stadium and avoid parking in area neighborhoods. Transportation Enforcement Officers will enforce all posted parking restrictions and residential permit parking regulations in the vicinity of the stadium. Vehicles parked in violation will be ticketed and towed. Patrons with questions concerning the location of their vehicles should call 311.

Traffic Modifications for the Sole of the City 10K
The Baltimore City Department of Transportation would like to advise motorists of the traffic modifications and parking restrictions that will be implemented for the Sole of the City 10K Run. The 10K course kicks off at 8:30 a.m.
In preparation for the event, the following roadways will be closed to through traffic on Saturday, April 8, 2023 from approximately 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. with detours and parking restrictions in effect from from approximately 12:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. :

South Caroline Street from Eastern Avenue to Thames Street

Charm City Circulator Service Alert
On Saturday, April 8, 2023, the Charm City Circulator will be operating its regular service hours with detours implemented along the Orange Route and Green Route from 7:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. for the Sole of the City 10K.
During this time the Orange and Green Routes will have the following detours:

Southbound Green Route:
Stops affected during the detour include 105, 106, 119, 120, and 121
Transportation Enforcement Officers along with the Baltimore City Police will be stationed along the race route to help facilitate the movement of traffic. Commuters should be aware that temporary traffic stops will be implemented for the safety of participants. Motorists traveling in these vicinities should expect delays, allow additional travel time, and use alternate routes during the event.
