Weekend Road Closures for Friday, March 31st, through Monday, April 3rd, 2023

The Baltimore City Department of Transportation would like to advise motorists of the temporary traffic modifications and road closures for the following activities this weekend. 

Weekend Closure of the Southbound I-395 Ramp to Southbound I-95 

The Baltimore City Department of Transportation would like to advise motorists of the temporary closure and detour of the ramp from southbound I-395 to southbound I-95.

Starting at 10:00 p.m. on Friday, March 31st, 2023, the following ramp will be temporarily closed to through traffic until 5:00 a.m. on Monday, April 3rd with detours in effect:

• The ramp from southbound I-395 to southbound I-95

Motorists utilizing southbound I-395 to southbound I-95 will be detoured onto northbound I-95, exit onto McComas Street, then to the McComas Street on-ramp to southbound I-95.

Traffic Modifications for Crane Operations

The Baltimore City Department of Transportation would like to advise motorists of the temporary traffic modifications in effect for crane operations.  

On Saturday, April 1st, 2023 the following closures will be implemented for crane operations:

• Lower level of St. Paul Street from Franklin Street to Saratoga Street 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.   

Motorists traveling in these vicinities should be on the watch for changing traffic patterns and are encouraged to use alternate routes.

Traffic Modifications for the Baltimore Farmers' Market & Bazaar

This Sunday, traffic modifications will be in effect for the Baltimore Farmers' Market & Bazaar, which is held under the Jones Falls Expressway along Saratoga Street between Holiday and Gay Streets. 

On Sunday, April 2nd , 2023, the following streets will be closed to through traffic from approximately 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. with detours in effect:

• Hillen Street will be closed at Fallsway
• Pleasant Street will be closed at Holliday Street
• Holliday Street will be closed at Saratoga Street

Motorists traveling in these vicinities should be on the watch for changing traffic patterns and are encouraged to use alternate routes.

Lane Closures for Right of Way Cleaning

The Baltimore City Department of Transportation would like to advise motorists of the temporary lane closures in effect for right of way cleaning.  

On Sunday, April 2nd, 2023 the following lanes will be closed for right of way cleaning:

• Northbound and southbound right lanes of MD295 6:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Motorists traveling in these vicinities should be on the watch for changing traffic patterns and are encouraged to use alternate routes.
