Weekend Road Closures for Saturday, January 28th through Sunday, January 29th, 2023

The Baltimore City Department of Transportation would like to advise motorists of the temporary traffic modifications and road closures for the following events this weekend. 

Lane and Road Closures for Right of Way Cleaning and Roadway Repairs

The Baltimore City Department of Transportation would like to advise motorists of the temporary lane and road closures in effect for right of way cleaning.  

On Saturday, January 28th, 2023 the following lanes will be closed for right of way cleaning:

• Northbound right lane of I-83 from Fayette Street to the city limit for right of way cleaning 6:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
• Westbound right lane of Coldspring Lane from Roland Avenue to Falls Road for right of way cleaning 6:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
• Eastbound I-70 from Pulaski Highway to Greene Street for roadway repairs 6:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Motorists traveling in this vicinity should be on the watch for changing traffic patterns and are encouraged to use alternate routes.

Traffic Modifications for Crane Operations

The Baltimore City Department of Transportation would like to advise motorists of the temporary road closures in effect for crane operations.  

On Saturday, January 28th, 2023 the following streets will be closed for crane operations:

• Penn Street from Lombard Street to Lemmon Street  7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. 
• South Highland Avenue from Boston Street to Danville Avenue 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. 

Motorists traveling in this vicinity should be on the watch for changing traffic patterns and are encouraged to use alternate routes.

Left Lane Closures on I-83 for Right of Way Cleaning

The Baltimore City Department of Transportation would like to advise motorists of the temporary lane closures in effect for right of way cleaning.  

On Sunday, January 29th, 2023 the following lanes will be closed for right of way cleaning:

• Northbound and southbound left lanes of I-83 from Fayette Street to the city limit 6:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Motorists traveling in this vicinity should be on the watch for changing traffic patterns and are encouraged to use alternate routes.
