Right lane closure will be implemented in this area

The Baltimore City Department of Transportation would like to advise motorists that S. Charles Street has been reopened for through traffic.

At this time, S. Charles Street is now open for through traffic between W. Conway and Pratt Streets.  A right lane closure has been implemented along this stretch of S. Charles Street as activities related to the partial collapse of a parking garage at 1 E. Pratt Street continue. 

Motorists traveling downtown in this vicinity should be on the watch for changing traffic patterns and are encouraged to use alternate routes to minimize delays.
