The Baltimore City Department of Transportation would like to advise motorists that a portion of N. Macon Street will temporarily close tomorrow for CSX bridge repair work.

On Tuesday, March 29, 2022, N. Macon Street will be closed to through traffic between N. Kresson Street and Erdman Avenue from approximately 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. with detours in effect, weather permitting.  Variable message boards will be placed in the vicinity to alert motorists of the scheduled closure. Access to area businesses will be maintained throughout the day.

Motorists traveling in this vicinity should be on the watch for changing traffic patterns and should follow the posted detour signs.
