Portion of Bush Street to Temporarily Close for Work on Railroad Crossing

The Baltimore City Department of Transportation would like to advise motorists that a portion of Bush Street will temporarily close for work on area railroad crossings.

Starting at approximately 7:00 a.m. on or about Monday, April 12, 2021, Bush Street will be closed to through traffic between Wicomico and Ridgely Streets with detours and parking restrictions in effect, weather permitting.  This portion of Bush Street will remain closed to traffic for approximately one week.

Signs have been placed in the area to alert motorists of the closure.  Motorists traveling in this vicinity should be on the watch for changing traffic patterns and are encouraged to use alternate routes.

Suggested detour:

Southbound Bush Street traffic will be detoured LEFT onto Wicomico Street, RIGHT onto W. Ostend Street, RIGHT on Ridgely Street, then back to Bush Street.
