The Baltimore City Department of Transportation would like to advise motorists that the intersection of Baltimore Street and Highland Avenue will close daily for BGE utility work.  

Starting today, the following road closures will be implemented on weekdays from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with detours and parking restrictions in effect, weather permitting:

• Baltimore Street between Conklin and Clinton Streets
• Highland Avenue between Lombard and Fayette Streets

These road closures will be implemented daily for approximately two weeks as utility work progresses.  Motorists traveling in this vicinity should be on the watch for changing traffic patterns and are encouraged to use alternate routes.
