The Baltimore City Department of Transportation would like to advise motorists that a portion of westbound Northern Parkway will close overnight for construction activities.

Starting at 9:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 28, 2018, westbound Northern Parkway will be closed to through traffic between Cylburn Avenue and Greenspring Avenue with detours in effect.  This portion of westbound Northern Parkway will remain closed until approximately 5:00 a.m. on Thursday, November 29, 2018. 

During the closure, the exit ramps to westbound Northern Parkway from the Jones Falls Expressway/I-83 will remain open to traffic.  Motorists traveling in this vicinity should be on the watch for changing traffic patterns and are encouraged to use alternate routes.

Detour during closure:

Westbound Northern Parkway traffic will be detoured left (south/west) on Cylburn Avenue, right (north) on Greenspring Avenue, and left (west) back onto westbound Northern Parkway.
