

Traffic Modifications for the Baltimore 10-Miler
The Baltimore City Department of Transportation would like to advise motorists of the traffic modifications which will be in effect for the Baltimore 10-Miler Footrace. The race will be held on Saturday, June 02, 2018 starting at 7:30 a.m.
The event will begin and end at Druid Hill Park with approximately 5,000 runners expected to participate. During the race, one lane of travel will be coned off for participants along the race route wherever possible.
Motorists should be advised that temporary traffic stops may be implemented along the race route for the safety of participants. Commuters traveling in these areas should be on the watch for pedestrians and are strongly encouraged to use alternate routes.

Traffic Modifications for A Taste of Three Cities
This Saturday, a portion of Linwood Avenue will be temporarily closed for the Taste of Three Cities. The event will be held in Patterson Park on Saturday, June 02, 2018 starting at 11:00 a.m.
In preparation for the event, Linwood Avenue will be closed to through traffic between Eastern Avenue and Pratt Street on Saturday, June 02, 2018 from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. with parking restrictions in effect.
Motorists traveling in this vicinity should be on the watch for pedestrians and are encouraged to use alternate routes.
Unity in the Community Parade
On Saturday, June 02, 2018, traffic modifications will be implemented for the Unity in the Community Parade. The parade kicks off from Gwynns Falls Parkway in front of Douglass High School starting at 12:00 noon. Participants will head east on Gwynns Falls Parkway, then right on Reisterstown Road, and left on Pennsylvania Avenue to end at Laurens Street.
In preparation for the event, the following road closures will be implemented on Saturday, June 02, 2018 from approximately 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.:

Baltimore Street Crane Lifts
On Saturday, June 02, 2018, temporary road and lane closures will be implemented along portions of Baltimore Street for two separate crane lift operations.

Charles Street Lane Closures
On Saturday, June 02, 2018, temporary lane closures will be implemented along a portion of N. Charles Street for a crane lift operation. A triple lane closure will be implemented on N. Charles Street between Fayette and Lexington Streets from 6:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. One lane of through traffic will remain open for motorists during these hours.
Motorists traveling in this area should expect delays and are encouraged to use alternate routes.
34th Street Crane Lift
On Saturday, June 02, 2018, a portion of E. 34th Street will temporarily close for a crane lift operation. E. 34th Street will be closed to through traffic on Saturday between Charles and St. Paul Streets from 5:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. with detours in effect.
Motorists traveling in this area should expect delays and are encouraged to use alternate routes.
Traffic Modifications for the Dot Dash 6K
On Sunday, June 03, 2018 traffic modifications will be in effect for the Dot Dash 6K. The race kicks off at 8:00 a.m. from the National Federation of the Blind headquarters near the intersection of Johnson and Wells Streets.
Participants will leave the headquarters and proceed left on Johnson Street, right on E. Randall Street, right on Webster Street, and left on Key Highway. The course proceeds right on Light Street, right on Pratt Street, and right onto the Inner Harbor Promenade near the World Trade Center. Runners will follow the promenade back past the Science Center to exit onto Key Highway, then turn right on Covington Street, right on Randall Street, left on Johnson Street and right on Wells Street to finish.
In preparation for the event, one lane of travel will be coned off for participants wherever possible along the race route. Commuters should be advised that temporary traffic stops may be implemented during the event for the safety of participants. Federal Hill Jazz & Blues Festival
On Sunday, June 03, 2018, traffic modifications will be implemented for the Federal Hill Jazz & Blues Festival which will be held along Charles Street in the heart of Federal Hill starting at 12:00 noon.
In preparation for the event, the following streets will be closed to through traffic on Sunday, June 03, 2018 from 4:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m. with parking restrictions in effect:
In addition, the traffic pattern along Patapsco Street will be reversed from one-way southbound to one-way northbound between Poultney and Hamburg Streets during this time. Motorists traveling in this vicinity are encouraged pay close attention to posted parking restrictions and to watch for pedestrians attending the festival.
