The Baltimore City Department of Transportation would like to advise motorists that a portion of Forest Park Avenue will  temporarily close for concrete repairs.

Beginning on Friday, October 6^th at 7:00 pm through Monday, October 9^th at 5:00 am and then again on Friday, October 13^th at 7:00 pm through Monday, October 16^th at 5:00 am Forest Park Avenue will be closed from Windsor Mill Road to the city Line. The closure will take place over the next two weekends to complete concrete repairs, structure adjustments and milling and paving.

Please note that this construction project may at times involve overnight loud noise, heavy machinery and bright work lights.  We ask for your patience while work is being completed.

Detour Routes:

 Forest Park Avenue SOUTHBOUND

• At the Windsor Mill Road intersection turn right onto Windsor Mill Road
• Turn left onto Kernan Drive
• Turn left onto Security Boulevard and take it to the Ingleside/Forest Park Avenue Intersection

 Ingleside Avenue NORTHBOUND (NOTE Ingleside Avenue becomes Forest Park Avenue)

• At the Security Boulevard intersection turn left onto Security Boulevard
• Turn right onto Kernan Drive
• Turn right onto Windsor Mill Road and take it to Forest Park Avenue

 Windsor Mill Road WESTBOUND to go SOUTHBOUND on Forest Park Avenue to Ingleside Avenue

• At the Forest Park Avenue intersection continue westbound on Windsor Mill Road
• Turn left onto Kernan Drive
• Turn left onto Security Boulevard and take it to the Ingleside/Forest Park Avenue Intersection

 Windsor Mill Road EASTBOUND to go SOUTHBOUND on Forest Park Avenue

• At the Kernan drive intersection turn right onto Kernan drive
• Turn left onto Security Boulevard and take it to the Ingleside/Forest Park Avenue intersection

 Security Boulevard WESTBOUND to go NORTHBOUND on West Forest Park Avenue

• At the Ingleside/Forest Park Avenue intersection continue westbound on Security Boulevard
• Turn right onto Kernan Drive
• Turn right onto Windsor Mill Road and take it to Forest Park Avenue

 Security Boulevard EASTBOUND to go NORTHBOUND on Forest Park Avenue

• At the Colonial Road/Kernan Drive intersection turn left onto Kernan Drive
• Turn right onto Windsor Mill Road and take it to Forest Park Avenue
