The Baltimore City Department of Transportation would like to advise motorists of the traffic modifications that will be in effect for the Moonrise Festival.  The event will be held on Saturday, August 06 and Sunday, August 07, 2016 at Pimlico Race Course.   

In preparation for the event, the following streets will be closed on Saturday, August 06 and Sunday, August 07, 2016 from 9:00 a.m. until 11:30 p.m. each day with detours and parking restrictions in effect:

• Rogers Avenue between Winner Avenue and Northern Parkway
• Cylburn Avenue between Greenspring Avenue and Northern Parkway

Motorists traveling in this vicinity should be on the watch for pedestrians and are encouraged to use alternate routes.
