Friday Dec 27th, 2019

Baltimore MD – The Baltimore City Department of Transportation would like to advise citizens that the Pulaski Highway Impound and Storage Facility is closed for vehicle retrieval due to a power outage. As of 1:00 pm today, Friday, December 27, 2019 — the city’s main impound facility, located at 6700 Pulaski Highway, has suspended operations due to a lack of power. BGE is currently working to find a solution and restore power to the Impound and storage facility.

Citizens who wish to retrieve a vehicle may do so during regular business hours on Saturday, December 28, 2019. Storage fees incurred during the power outage will be waived. Vehicles are still subject to booting and/or towing as a scofflaw. The Pulaski Highway Impound and Vehicle Storage Facility is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Please note that the facility is closed on Sundays and holidays. The facility will also be closed on Wednesday, January 1, 2020, in observance of the New Year’s holiday.
